I would have to say, when others see things in you, that you do not- sometimes ladies, we just need to “listen” to those nudges and pray upon them. I learned this year that when an opportunity comes your way, that when God is the center of what is being presented to you- to Take A Leap of Faith, Trust the People the Lord has blessed you to be around and continue to pray. * It might just change your world around you, as you know it!

Erica Thompson has a passion for building successful teams, directing and implementing sales programs and unique growth strategies for small business. Her coalition building talents manifested in recent roles including vice president – membership for the Sacramento Metro Chamber, membership director for California Travel Industry Association (CalTIA), California Transit Association (CTA) and education director for California Society of Association Executives (CalSAE). In prior roles, Erica managed national advertising and marketing systems, wrote and edited for news media and ran statewide event planning programs.
