Yes that is right, we are looking to spread HAPPINESS in our community, as it is WorldWide National HAPPINESS DAY on February 11th. So come out, come ALL to our ” I Am Happy Project Community & Family Festival” in Roseville at Royer Park, from 10:00am to 4:00pm… this year theme is CHILDREN, spreading happiness in school classrooms right here in Roseville… does your child attend a school here in Roseville? maybe another city near? We want to go to their classroom and spread happiness…

Come out and Support this great cause, learn about the www.iamhappyproject.org and how you can HELP us spread happiness in our community and school classrooms.

10 WAYS TO BE HAPPY, began Feb.1 and we are counting down the days, speaking on each item# each day… then we all come together, Feb.11th and celebrate the 10 ways to be happy together, on the 11th day of February= WorldWide National HAPPINESS Day. Come out & Be Apart of it. To get your FREE 10 DAYS OF HAPPINESS card- for your daily reminder to be happy- come out to our festival.

Item #10 Create a goal or dream list. Work diligently towards them.

Item #9 Be active and make healthy choices.

Item #8 Learn to manager your time and your money

Item #7 Create a list of all the things that make you unhappy and find a solution or way to eliminate them

Item #6 Create a list of all the things you are thankful for or that make you happy

Item #5 Make time for the 3 F’s- Faith, Family and Friends

Item #4 Donate your money according to your pocket, even if it is a dime.

Item #3 Volunteer your time one on one or to a group.

Item #2 Smile more and learn to laugh at yourself

Item #1 Decide to be happy and make it your top priority.

NOW, it is time to CELEBRATE- so save the date, come on out, make a day of it– there will be something new happening every half hour. You won’t want to miss it.
