your customers, your product exposure, your employees/team members

MEI Your Customers

You will need to find out their specific need for what product/service you are selling. Show them great customer Service. Get to know the customers WHY for what your business offers, then find the “perfect fit” for them and then you find the solution. Once you have accomplished that, then you have the door wide open to begin NOW presenting the product of choice , for them to purchase. Building trust in your customer is so vital in your overall success with them. * Then do not forget the most important aspect of “follow-up” with them a week later, to see how they Enjoy what they purchased/or had serviced. This will gain you respect of your customer and future business with them. If you have a referral program, this would be when you introduce this to them. After they have shown you they are “happy” customers.

MEI Your Product Exposure

* THIS IS KEY TO ANY BUSINESS AND CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP * this means to build rapport with your customer. To NOT overdue your product/service exposure right away when you meet someone. Get to know them first. Ask them, How can I MEI you today? It may sound easy friends, but it truly is how you can break down the barrier and build trust BEFORE even sharing what you do or offer. When you ask someone How can I m.e.i you today?  you are showing them you have interest in who they are and what they are about? you are finding their need first before dumbing your business on them. Making them feel special, Wow they really Noticed me or they really knew I needed that. When you ask that question, your normal response from the person will be something like this, “What do you want to do to me !” or “What is MEI.?” Friends, this is the door that opens for communication isn’t that awesome. This is where I built a team state-wide, by putting others first and finding their needs/desires before telling them who I was or what I was about *read more about this in the next section Employees/Team Members. When this door is open, this is where you dig in deep and get to know their WHY for needing your product/service. Ask them more about their interests, family, where they work or what they like to do. When you find this out, your Product NOW can be exposed. Why? you ask Now, well because you now can offer the Solution to what you have learned about them and their lifestyle.

MEI Your Employees

To MEI your employees is to get to know them, get to know their WHY for working at your business? what are their needs, learn about them and their interest. Yes, this means taking the time to do this- I promise you this will impact your overall success each month and throughout the year. This may mean you taking your personal time and marking out time to do this, with each employee or having your manager sit down and do this with each employee. It can take anywhere from 15 minutes to 30 minutes, but it so vital to IMPACT your business and having success in using the m.e.i. system. * if you have a team of managers, I offer conference calls to speak to all of them at the same time, and share how the system works and what they will need to do to apply it. Simple question to ask your employees is: How can I MEI you today and/or at the workplace? * have you seen that show “UnderCover Boss”, this is a visual on How this can Impact your business. MEI Your Potential & Current Team Members is to Find their WHY?

Potential Recruits/Team Members-
WHY? they are interested in your potential business opportunity you have to offer. A lot of the people in home based business always ask How? can I build a team, WHAT? do I say to get someone to join my team, WHERE? do I go to find new team members. Well here is what I found out and taught my team in the past how to answer all these questions. the HOW? is Take the “I” out of your overall Goals and Dreams, start over with putting the Focus on Others, not yourself. * this was an area I personally struggled in because I am a “I personality: so everything was always about me and what I could earn and how I could shine in meetings etc. When I decided to CHANGE that and put the Focus on others I had a HUGE explosion in my personal business and my team grew from 6 people to 87 people, 1 state to 21 states ALL in 6 months. So friends, CHANGE your overall attitude in your business and I can promise when you Apply the MEI system to your area of Recruiting, your business will to grow and explode. WHAT? is when your FOCUS is on others, Your overall Attitude changes and they Effects will be seen all around you, People will be drawn to you and Want to join your team. Ask, them; how can I MEI you today?

Current Team Members- 
WHY? they joined your team and/or are interested in the business they are currently in? When you TAKE THE TIME to find interest in your current team members. You effect their hearts and you show them you care about {them}. Friends, this is where Big Things happen within your team. Its called the ripple effect, when you show a person you care about them and you are interested in Who they are? What they are about? You lead by example and they will want to do this for others, that is where you begin to build a downline, that spreads across and Managers Bloom. Ask, your current team member/ manager How can I MEI you today? This sparks interest in them, which gains respect & they will want to do more.
